When you contact me through a “mailto” link or any other contact method on this website, I only receive the information you choose to send me — for example your name, email address, and the content of your message.

No other data is automatically collected while you browse this website (no cookies, no tracking pixels, no profiling).

Purpose of processing

Information sent by email is used exclusively to respond to your request (question, quote, professional inquiry) and to follow up on our exchange.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your implicit consent, expressed by your voluntary decision to contact me, as well as on the legitimate interest in responding to your request (Article 6.1.a and 6.1.f of the GDPR).

Retention period

Emails exchanged are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and follow up on the professional relationship, then deleted or securely archived once no longer needed.

Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It is only accessed by Sébastien Hals.

The mailbox used to receive your emails is Gmail (Google LLC), which acts as a technical processor and handles messages in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS and enforces a Content-Security-Policy that restricts the loading of unauthorized external resources.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your personal data.
